Location: Banff, AB
Salary: $36 hourly for 30 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant is required.

Job duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
– Train kitchen staff and servers in sanitation and safety procedures;
– Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of CARLITO’S PIZZARIA;
– Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
– Train staff in job duties;
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
– Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis;
– Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage;
– Estimate and order supplies, and ensure a healthy level of stock is always maintained;
– Participate in the selection of food service staff.
