Responsibilities:
- Open and close the bakery store.
- Be accountable for delivering outstanding customer service and resolve customers’ complaints or reasonable requests in a timely manner.
- Supervise cashiers and bakers, and build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
- Participate in making hiring and separation decisions, train newly hired sales staff, and write performance report periodically.
- Be accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
- Maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Sustain exceptional level of knowledge and awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends.
- Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs and direct team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers; respond promptly to customer needs and questions.
- Provides timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations regarding sales volume and personnel matters.
- Authorize payments and the return of products if meeting requirements
- Ensure the visual standards, displays, and cleanliness are maintained.
- Promote the brand and products via social media platform and organize Group Purchasing.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Education: Minimum College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
