We are looking for a Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team. Please see the following details of this position:

Location: 17 Avenue SW suite 843, Calgary, Alberta T2T 0A1

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (to be negotiated)

Wage: $25.00 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate; Gratuities available

Language of work: English

Job Duties:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations

2. Track and assess employee performance

3. Coordinate and schedule daily activities

4. Manage and guide team members

5. Lead and mentor individuals

6. Resolve customer complaints and issues

7. Deliver quality customer service

Education Requirements: College/CEGEP

Experience Requirements: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Location: Urban area, Relocation costs covered by employer
