Canadawide Design Build Inc. located at 30 Fordhouse Blvd. Unit 2A, Etobicoke, Ontario is looking for experienced Construction Painter for; $36.00 per hour for 40.0 hours per week.

Qualifications:

·          A minimum of two years or more of previous construction on-site painting experience

·          Experience as a painter using equipment such as; brushes, rollers and paint spray

·          Solid knowledge of construction painting techniques

·          Basic English ability is required

Job Duties:

·          Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.

·          Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.

·          Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material

·          Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools

·          Apply varnish and other finishes

·          Ensure that the work site is safe and remove material which could be dangerous for on-site labourers

Work Setting: various locations in GTA (residential or commercial sites)

Valid driver’s licence is required.
