JOB DETAILS
Work location:
· In and around Calgary, AB.
· On the road – Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
Salary: $20.00 to 21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend
Start: Starts as soon as possible

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required. However, one of the following will help you qualify for the job:
· Some secondary school education.
· Home management experience or any related experience.
· College or other courses in home support.
· Completion of a training program in care of the elderly, care of persons with disabilities, convalescent care or in a related field.
Experience: Experience an asset
Work setting: Various locations. In and around Calgary, AB.
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Administer bedside and personal care.
· Administer medications.
· Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
· Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk.
· Feed or assist in feeding.
· Launder clothing and household linens.
· Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
· Provide companionship.
· Provide personal care.
· Shop for food and household supplies.
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
