We at A&W are seeking Food Service Supervisors on a permanent basis to augment our staff. If you are an experienced, self-motivated team player with great leadership skills, come forward to joining our team.
As a Food Service Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
• Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers and other staff members.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant operations and calculate food and labor costs.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage.
• Hire & train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Client focus
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.
Salary: $ 20.25 hourly for 30-40 hours
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
