Responsibilities
Tasks
· Getting rid of the trash, debris, and other potentially dangerous materials from construction sites
· Use tower and mobile cranes to transport, lift, and arrange items and equipment.
· Operate pile-driving cranes to drive pilings into earth to provide support for buildings and other structures
· Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
· Lift, transport, and position plant equipment and supplies using bridge or overhead cranes.
· Build and take down barricades, ramps, catwalks, scaffolding, and concrete forms.
· Loading, unloading, and identifying building materials and ensuring that they are distributed to the appropriate locations
· Tidying up and preparing construction sites, while also ensuring that safety rules and regulations are strictly adhered to
