Food Counter Attendant

Wage: $17.20 Per Hour

Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: secondary school education is required

Experience: On-the-job training is provided.

Previous experience as a Food Counter Attendant is considered an asset.

Job duties and responsibilities not limited to

●        Prepare and cook Pizza, Pizza skins and perform other food preparation work;

●        Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas;

●        Clean and sanitize equipment;

●        Package take-out food;

●        Serve customers at counters;

●        Take customers’ orders (answering phone calls);

●        Handle payments;

●        Keep records of the quantities of food used;

●        Food preparation;

●        Portion and wrap foods;

●        Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances;

●        Remove kitchen garbage and trash;

●        Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
