Job Responsibilities
As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in our operations:
Perform interior and exterior washing of company vehicles and equipment;
Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in warehouses, garages, workshops, and work areas;
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of yards, grounds, and outdoor areas;
Mow lawns and perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance;
Manually remove snow from sidewalks, entrances, pedestrian access areas, and other surfaces requiring winter maintenance;
Assist with loading, moving, and organizing materials and equipment as required;
Perform road escorts during the transportation of vehicles or equipment in accordance with established procedures;
Report any abnormalities or situations that may compromise the safety of people or equipment;
Follow all occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and standards;
Perform any other related duties associated with the company’s operations.
Requirements
Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
Excellent physical fitness;
Previous experience in a similar position;
Excellent ability to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude;
Punctuality and reliability are part of your personal values;
Strong commitment to occupational health and safety;
Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset.
What We Offer
Hourly wage ranging from $21 to $24 per hour;
Schedule: 40 hours per week on a variable schedule (day, evening, and night shifts);
