JOB DETAILS
Work location: On site – Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $18.50 hourly for 30.00 to 40.00 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: At least 1 year supervisory or management experience in a related industry or at least 2 years work experience as a food counter attendant or food server in a related industry.
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Establish methods to meet work schedules.
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
· Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
· Hire food service staff.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
· Prepare budget and cost estimates.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
· Prepare and submit reports.
· Supervise and check assembly of trays.
· Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
· Establish work schedules.
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers, Staff in various areas of responsibility
