Job Description
– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of restaurant staffs
– Maintain food and service quality.
– Receive deliveries, check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.
– Train staff, assign job duties, and make sure that they are able to follow sanitary standards and safety procedures.
– Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.
– Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
– Check and order ingredients and supplies required.
Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management are required.
