Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement
Job Duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
– Set better service to be offered and implement.
– Recruit staff, do interview and manage staff training.
– Evaluate staff performance and set work schedule.
– Monitor sales, evaluate service and food quality, and modify procedures and prices.
– Bargaining arrangements with necessary supplies for food and restaurant operation.
– Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
Requirement:
– Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of experience in this field is required.
– Education: Completion of a college level education or other program related to hospitality and food service management is required.
