Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary as a vacation reimbursement

Job Duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
– Set better service to be offered and implement
– Recruit staff, do interview and manage staff training
– Evaluate sta performance and set work schedule.
– Monitor sales, evaluate service and food quality and modify procedures and prices
– Bargaining arrangements with necessary supplies for food and restaurant operation.

Required skills

Minimum 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience OR Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
