0894904 BC Ltd dba Dairy Queen is looking for 2 Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 6311-B) to work at Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre location in West Kelowna. This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 hours per week, $16.50/hour. We will offer 50/50 cost for medical and dental benefits.
Job Description:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Participate in the selection of food service staff
• Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the food service industry, with some supervisory experience
• Completion of High School
• Language in the workplace is English
