Basha Donair & Shawarma Kelowna is looking for four Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 6311-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $16.00 per hour, plus tips.
Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and food counter attendants
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules for workers
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry
• Minimum completion of high school or equivalent
• Language in the workplace is English
