Kelly O’Bryan’s Neighbourhood Restaurant Courtenay is looking for a Full-Time Food and Beverage Service Supervisor (NOC 6311-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $18.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Train food and drink service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Ensure that enough staff are scheduled daily
• Greet customers at the door and seat them at tables
• Ensure the customers experience from beginning to end is a pleasurable one
• Ensure closing duties are completed and the restaurant is secured at the end of shift
• Amicably resolve any issues with upset/disgruntled customers
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry
• Serving it Right Certification or ability to obtain one
• Language in the workplace is English
