Position: Food Service Supervisor

Wage: $17.55/hour, 35 to 40 hours/week.

Job Duties:

·       Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff, ensure staff is following Bar

Burrito franchise policy in food preparation and portioning.

·       Hire and train new staff members on job duties, food handling and safety procedures.

·       Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage

·       Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.

·       Ensure good quality food and service is provided to customers

·       Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed by staff.

·       Prepare work schedule for staff.

·       Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health

And food safety regulations.

·       Prepare sales and employee reports.

·       Estimate and order food ingredients and other restaurant supplies.
