Job Overview:
We are seeking talented and experienced cooks (2) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in preparing a variety of curries, tandoori dishes, and Hakka foods.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
· Determine the size of food portions and costs.
· Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
· Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
· Inspect kitchens and food services areas.
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
· Clean kitchen and work areas.
· Organize buffets and banquets.
· Coordinate special events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in preparing a variety of curries, tandoori dishes, and Hakka foods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
