JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving business success. As the CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30-40 Hrs Full Time

WAGE: $65/Hr
LOCATION: Ontario, Mississauga
JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer will include but are not limited to:
· Provide visionary leadership and set the overall strategic direction of the company.
· Develop and implement effective business strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives.
· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing executive team.
· Ensure financial stability and sustainable growth through effective financial management.
· Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges.
· Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and industry events.
QUALIFICATION
•3-5 Years (related to experience as a middle manager or senior manager in related industries are required.)
•A bachelor’s degree
