Job Duties:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff, ensure franchise policy and standards are followed and                 maintained by staff.

·         Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.

·         Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage

·         Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.

·         Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed.

·         Prepare work schedule for staff.

·         Hire and train new staff members.

·         Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
