Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests, present menus, and provide recommendations, addressing any questions about food and beverages
2. Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff
3. Suggest wine pairings that enhance the dining experience
4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
5. Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly at patrons’ tables
6. Present the bill to customers and process payments
7. Manage inventory of wines and wine glassware as needed
8. Conduct sensory evaluations of wines when required
