4. Training workers according to the logistics safety andprocedures emphasizing their job duties as per the safetyprocedures and the company’s policy.
5. Responsible for preparing work progress and other reportsboth manually and systematically.
6. Monitoring and managing inventory levels to avoid shortagesand to support smooth logistics operations.
7. Conducting performance reviews for logistics team members,assessing their efficiency and to enhance individual performance.
