· Schedule the appointments for clients and follow the studio’s calendar
· Greet clients when they step into the beauty studio, assisting clients with their inquiries and needs
· Escort guests to and from treatment rooms/nail station/hair station
· Promote the beauty studio’s services and products to potential clients
· Keep track of inventory, participate in ordering supplies and stock shelves
· Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the studio and equipment
· Handle and maintain accurate records of payment transactions
· Attend and keep records of training sessions
· May assist technicians/hairstylists to clean the work station, maintain products … if needed
· Other related duties if needed
