‘- Prepare and cook complete meals such as pasta, pizzas and other Italian dishes.
– Complete and cook meals using grillers, oven and other kitchen appliances
– Ensures food quality in presentation and production.
– Prepare ingredients and make special sauces for meals on the menu.
– Order and check inventory of ingredients and supplies.
– Maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen to comply with Provincial regulations.
– Supervise kitchen helpers.
– Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
