Wage: $34.00 per hour, 30 – 44 hours / week

Experience: 3 to 5 years of carpentry
Tasks / Job Description: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools; Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems; Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware; Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites; Survey building locations and levels; and may instruct apprentices
Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel regularly and overnight, Travel expenses paid by employer when travel time exceeds 30 minutes
