We are looking for a Custom Tailoring Shop Manager to join our team. Please see the following details of this position:

Title of the Position: Custom Tailoring Shop Manager

Location: 2312 4 St SW, Calgary, AB T2S 1X2

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (to be negotiated)

Wage: $41.25 to $43.00 hourly (To be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate

Language of work: English

Employment Conditions: Day, Morning, Shift, Weekend

Job Duties:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily business activities
2. Assess and monitor day-to-day operations
3. Develop and implement daily operational plans
4. Supervise employees and delegate tasks
5. Identify and fulfill staffing needs
6. Address and resolve issues such as customer concerns, complaints, and inventory shortages
7. Carry out employee performance evaluations

Education Requirements: College/CEGEP

Experience Requirements: at least 1 year to less than 2 years’ work experience in cloth making and tailoring

Work Location: Urban area, Relocation costs covered by employer
