Tasks:
· Prepare and cook meals (pizza, chicken wings or appetisers), depending on the requested order while following preparation charts, food handling and hygiene standards.
· Prepare pizza dough based on forecasted amount for each type of pizza and appetisers.
· Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing used kitchen supplies and frequent
cleaning of kitchen equipment.
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
· Order supplies and equipment.
· Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas.
· Recruit and hire staff.
· Manage kitchen operations.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Supervise and check assembly of trays.
