Job summary: 

Located in the heart of downtown Lethbridge, Le’s Nail Salon is renowned for its skilled team of nail technicians. The salon provides a wide range of nail care services, including gel nails, acrylics, UV gel, gel color, French Gelish, pedicures, manicures, and waxing. With a strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction, we are currently looking to add a new nail technician to our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform manicure and pedicure treatments that enhance our clients’ appearances.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Remove old nail polish from fingernails and toes nails, clean nails, shape the ends of nails, push back cuticles, and apply new polish based on clients’ preferences,
• Provide gel and acrylic nail extension,
• Apply artificial nails,
• Recommend various nail designs and nail art to clients,
• Evaluate the condition of clients’ nails and advise them on proper nail care treatments,
• Clean the workstation and keep it organized, clean and safe,
• Welcome, greet clients and maintain customer relationship to encourage repeat nail appointments,
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients,
• Perform work as requested.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience as a nail technician,
• Attention to detail,
• Customer oriented – build and maintain good relationship with customers,
• Creative and flexible – develop new designs, customize colors, patterns, and designs as per clients’ requests.
