Position: Food Service Supervisor

Experience requirement: 7 months to less than 1 year

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $20.00/hour, 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:

·       Establish methods to meet work schedules

·      Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·      Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·      Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

·      Ensure good quality of food and service is provided to customers.

·      Ensure staff is following franchise policies for food preparation and handling.

·      Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·      Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·      Prepare and submit reports.

·      Establish work schedules of employees.
