Job Details:
Salary: $38.00 hourly
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Shift: Day, Weekend (8-hour shifts)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Setting: On-site only. Remote work is not available.
Requirements:
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the nail industry
Language: English
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Plan and control budget and inventory
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Provide expertise in response to clients’ needs
Apply or remove artificial nails and advanced nail art for our valued clients
Monitor staff performance and resolve issues such as supply shortages.
