Job Description:
– Employer: Anton’s Pasta Ltd. dba Anton’s Pasta Bar

– Wage: $20.00 per hour
– Number of work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Benefit: 4% gross salary with each paycheque

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of food on the menu, such as Salads, Panini, Pasta, Soups, Risotto etc.
– Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Prepping and cooking of all food products to Anton’s Pasta recipe guidelines and health code specification.
– Maintain inventory and check stocks, ingredients, and supplies.
– Manage kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 1- 2 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
