Jugo Juice is a leading smoothie and healthy food franchise committed to serving fresh, nutritious smoothies, juices, wraps, sandwiches, and snacks in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. We are currently looking for one (1) Food Counter Attendant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders and assist customers in selecting smoothies, juices, wraps, sandwiches, and other menu items.
Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, and other simple food and beverage items according to company standards.
Portion, assemble, and package food and beverage orders for dine-in and take-out customers.
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of counters, food preparation areas, dining area, utensils, and equipment.
Restock food ingredients, beverages, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Skill Requirements:
Previous experience as a food counter attendant or in a similar food service role is an asset.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
