Tasks:
- Provide clients with information

- Negotiate with clients for provision of services
- Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Develop and implement business plans
- Market business services
- Provide consultation on planning
- Develop marketing strategies
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
- 35 hours per week
Computer and technology knowledge:
MS Office and online travel agency platforms and tourism distribution channels.

Employment Requirements:
Education:
College diploma or university degree in tourism, hospitality management, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum three years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business development
- Sales
- Hospitality services
- Tourism operations
- Client relationship management
- Travel industry services
Language:
- French or English
- Mandarin: support business development activities
