Main duties:
– Ensure daily bakery is made to high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner
– Measure, weigh and mix flour and other ingredients
– Prepare dough for loaves of bread, pastries, and sweet goods
– Knead, roll, and cut dough into shapes
– Operate machinery, such as the oven, mixer, etc.
– Bake mixed doughs and batters
– Apply and decorate baked goods with icing, Cream, and other toppings
– Assist with stock rotation
Education and Skills Requirement:
– Completion secondary school is required,
– 1-2 years work experience in baking pastries
