Job Duties:
· Oversee daily farm operations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
· Manage and coordinate the work of farm staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
· Monitor the cultivation process from spawning to harvesting, ensuring optimal growing conditions.
· Ensure that all farm equipment and facilities are maintained in good working condition.
· Manage the inventory of raw materials, such as compost, spawn, and other supplies.
· Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that the products meet the required standards.
· Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including production data, labor hours, and equipment usage.
· Prepare and submit regular reports to the farm manager.
Employment Requirements:
· College Diploma or above
· Minimum 2 years of experience as farm supervisor in commercial farming, crop production or a related agricultural operation
Hourly wage: C$25-25.5/Hour
Weekly work hours: 30-40 hours/W
