Job Requirements:
Languages
• English or French
Education
• Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience
• 1 yr to less than 2 years
Duties:
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking garnishing and presentation of food
• Create new recipes
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
Ability to supervise
• 3- 4 people
