Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $17.00 to 19.80/hour, 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:

·       Supervise and assign tasks to the cashiers and sales staff.

·       Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, provide feedback and monitor their performance.

·       Oversee cash received and balance the registers.

·       Develop staff work schedules and find replacement staff when necessary.

·       Oversee the responsibilities in keeping the store’s overall appearance up to company standards by addressing any issues with signage, exterior/interior components, and cleanliness.

·       Address any challenges that may emerge, such as customer requests, complaints, and shortages of supplies.

·       Ensure safety protocols are followed.

·       Monitor and document stock levels and order the items on time.

·       Generate reports on sales volumes and merchandising.

·       Assist in hiring employees.
