White Spot (Kelowna Airport) is looking for five Full-Time Cooks (NOC 6322-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, starting $15.30/hour, with gratuities and optional medical/dental after 3 months.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook salads, entrees, and desserts according to White Spot standards
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Store incoming produce, meat and dairy orders into proper storage spaces
• Communicate kitchen rules and restaurant standards between kitchen manager and workers
• Maintain and control food safety and sanitizing procedures
• Shift times vary – as we are located at the Kelowna Airport, we may require you to work as early as 4am, or work shifts until late night.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of previous restaurant work experience
• Language in the workplace is English
