• Wage: $16.00-17.00 per hour
• Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

*Job Duties
• Prepare and make various types of sushi and bowls such as tempura, noodle, salad and teriyaki, hot donburi etc.
Cook food according to recipes.
• Prepare and make sauces for dishes on the menu.
• follow proper plate presentation, garnish set up for all dishes and serve proper portion.
• Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food ingredients and supplies.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
*Job Requirements
• Education: Completion of secondary School
• Experience:
• Minimum 1~2 years’ experience as a cook OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other program in cooking or food safety is required.
