Gumtree Catering is looking for 4 Full-Time Cooks (NOC 6322-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $17.00 to $20.00/hour (negotiable), tips additional.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Set up and oversee buffets
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Determine size of food portions
• Estimate food requirements and costs
• Assist in training kitchen staff
• This position may include lifting of items up to 50 lbs
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook
• Previous experience cooking and handling food in a high-volume kitchen is an asset
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Language in the workplace is English
