Job Description:

– Wage: $16.25per hour
– Number of work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time is also available)
– Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration and extended medical insurance

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of food on the menu, such as rice bowls, Japanese grills and tapas, noodle soup etc.
– Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Prepping and cooking of all food products to our recipe guidelines and health code specifications.
– Maintain inventory and check stocks, ingredients, and supplies.
– Manage kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
