Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time is available)
Start Date: ASAP
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% gross salary as a vacation reimbursement
Hours of work: 30- 40 hours per week.

Duties:
– Prepare and make various sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, sushi bowls, salad, combination sushi etc.
-Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special rolls.
-Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.
-Order and check inventory of ingredients and supplies.
-Oversee kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school; AND
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience OR completion of three-year of an apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other programs in cooking is required.
