Job Duties:

·         Prepare dough and bake pies, brownies, cookies, bread, waffle, muffin, cakes, pancakes and sweet goods.

·         Bake mixed dough and batters

·         Train staff in preparation, baking and handling of food

·         Prepare special orders

·         Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff

·         Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods

·         Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards

·         Operate baking equipment

·         Co-ordinate with supervisor to prepare production schedule for baking goods

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
