Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and irrigate soil for planting.
Plant, cultivate, fertilize, and harvest crops.
Pick row and orchard crops by hand.
Sort, weigh, and pack fruits and vegetables according to quality standards. Load, unload, and move harvested produce, crates, and farm supplies.
Clean harvest bins, trays, and work areas.
Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep of tools andequipment.
