CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Location: Elite Rental Properties; 285 Harvest Hills Way NE Calgary, AB T3K 2L9

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Permanent employment; Full time

Working Hours: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Weekend

Starts: as soon as possible

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

·       Load, unload and transport construction materials

·       Read blueprints to determine work requirements

·       Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt

·       Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs

·       Perform routine maintenance work

·       Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Equipment and machinery experience

·       Nail guns

·       Drills

·       Hand tools

Construction specialization: Residential

Security and safety: Criminal record check (basic)

Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer; Public transportation is available
