Benefit: 4% of gross salary requirements or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Descriptions:
• Plan and direct food preparation and oversee cooking activities in kitchen
• Design menu and estimate food cost and ensure food meets quality standards
• Recruit and interview new staff and assign duties
• Supervise activities of sous-chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Prepare and cook complete meals and conduct special meals
Requirements:
• Education: Completion of high school is required.
• Experience: Over three years of experience in commercial food preparation, including two-years in a supervisory capacity and experience as a sous-chef, specialist chef or chef is required.
