Position: Food Service Supervisor

Wage: $15.20 per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours to 40 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% gross salary

Job Duties:
-Train employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirement.
-Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers.
-Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
-Keep records of stock, sales such as amount and cost of meals served and wastage.
-Establish work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees.
-Maintain food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirement:
Education: Completion of high school; AND
Experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required OR Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field.
