Mr. Pretzels Orchard Park Mall is looking for four Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 6311-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $16.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Language in the workplace is English
