Duties:
· Provide supervision, task coordination, and support to the staff.
· Prepare staff’s weekly schedules
· Ensure that food preparation meets the restaurant’s quality standards
· Maintain records of stock, equipment condition, and sales, and report to management
· Make sure that equipment is handled safely.
· Resolve-work related problems and grievances, and report to management
· Promote customer satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service to our customers.
· Implement health and safety standards.

Required skills

A minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation or service, or Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related discipline is required. · May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays · Ability to communicate well in English with customers and co-workers. · Must be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
