Lemongrass Vietnamese Restaurant is looking for three Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 6311-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 36-40 hours per week, $15.50/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service industry
• Minimum completion of High School
• Language in the workplace is English
